2. Estimates and Quotes
- Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. The final charges may differ depending on the scope of work, complexity, or any unforeseen circumstances encountered. We will provide a written quote for larger projects or if the scope of work changes.
- **No Obligation**: Receiving an estimate or quote does not create any obligation to proceed with the work. However, if you accept a quote, it becomes a binding agreement.

3. Approval of Work
- By authorising us to proceed with work, you confirm your acceptance of the quote and these Terms and Conditions.
- If additional work is required that exceeds the original scope, we will inform you in advance, and a new estimate or quote will be provided for your approval.

4. Payment Terms
- Invoices: An invoice will be issued upon completion of the work, and payment is due within 7 business days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late Payments: If payment is not made within the agreed time frame, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of $50.00, on any overdue amounts. We may also suspend future work or services until outstanding invoices are settled.
- Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash.

5. Customer Obligations
- Access to Property: You must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to your property for the work to be carried out. This includes ensuring that work areas are free of obstacles and hazards.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding the plumbing issue, the property’s plumbing system, and any previous work carried out. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in delays or additional costs.
- Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that your property complies with relevant safety standards. If we identify any immediate health or safety risks during the job, we may suspend the work until these issues are addressed.

6. Warranties
- Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty on the workmanship for 3 months from the date of completion of the services. This warranty covers any defects caused by poor workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by external factors (e.g., misuse, accidents, or wear and tear).
- Manufacturer Warranties: Any products or materials supplied by us may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will provide you with details upon request. These warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.
- Consumer Guarantees: Our services are provided in accordance with the **Australian Consumer Law (ACL)**, which ensures that you are entitled to guarantees regarding the quality and fitness for purpose of the services we provide.

7. Liability

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring a cancellation fee. If you fail to provide the required notice, a cancellation fee of $50.00 may apply.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of emergency, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
